Our 5-Sunday Boot Camp will deliver results using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
HIIT challenges your endurance by alternating high intensity movements with set rest periods.
HIIT results in a large calorie burn both during and after the workout. Your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate to recover post-workout.
It's a great way to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance!
