GENERAL

1. What programs do you offer?

3. When can I start?


It depends on the program you're interested in:
- Group Sessions are run in 3-Month Cycles (Feb to April, May to July, Aug to Oct, and Nov to Jan), so you must join before a Cycle begins. * If you miss the start of a Cycle, 1-Month Passes are available.
- 'My CORE' Online Program is also run in 3-Month Cycles, with 1-Month Passes also available.
- 30-Day Challenges begin at the start of each month, so you must join before a new month begins.
- Boot Camp is run in 5-Sunday Cycles, so you must join before a Cycle begins.




7. How is payment made?


All programs are to be paid for in advance via Bank Deposit or Online Banking Transfer. When you sign up for a program, you will immediately receive an email with the relevant payment details.




4. I recently had a baby / surgery. Can I join?


Please check with your physician and obtain medical clearance before beginning any exercise program. In some cases, we will require a written directive from your physician detailing what you can/cannot do.

6. Do I need to be fit to join?


No! Whether you're starting from scratch or already accustomed to exercise, you can and will benefit from our programs. In fact, our 3-Month Cycles are designed to take you through a safe and effective progression of intensity and difficulty level, to build your strength and endurance as you go. Also, during Group Sessions, we give individual attention and modifications as needed, for all fitness levels. Our Online Programs are also excellent, as you can build up your fitness in the comfort of your home.

2. Is CORE *only* for persons who want to lose weight?


No! Whether you want to lose, maintain, or even gain weight, CORE is about adjusting your lifestyle to become healthier and more active.
So if this is what you want, CORE can help!




8. How do I sign up?


1. Choose your program (details are at each tab/section of our website). 2. Go to the "Sign Up" page. 3. Scroll down and fill in the relevant form for the program you would like to join. 4. Look out for an email with details on how to complete registration.




9. What's the Membership about?


We want you to receive the full benefits of our programs. Training for one month seldom gets significant results, especially if you have been out of shape for a long time. Therefore, our programs (excluding Boot Camp and Online 30-Day Challenges) are run in 3-Month Cycles. You can select a 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, or All-Access (1-year) Membership, based on your goals. See here for the associated Membership Costs. Once registered, you will receive a Membership Card which entitles you to train at any of our locations. For example, let's say you work in Port of Spain but you registered for the Tacarigua sessions because you live nearby. If one day you stay late at work and won't be able to make it to your regular session on time, you can feel free to attend the Port of Spain session. All you have to do is present your Membership Card to the trainer so he/she knows you are a CORE Member. The Membership also entitles you to Online training as needed. For example, if you select the Silver (6-months/2-Cycles) Membership, you can split the Cycles into two - 1 Cycle of Group Sessions and 1 Cycle of 'My CORE' Online. Your first Membership Card is complimentary, and can be renewed as many times as you like. Your trainer will simply update your expiry date accordingly. You may also choose to upgrade your Membership at the start of any new cycle. Please keep your card safe. If lost or stolen, there is a replacement fee of $25 TTD.





GROUP SESSIONS

1. Where are you located?


We have classes at:
- Eddie Hart Grounds, Tacarigua
- Aranguez Savannah
- Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain - Lange Park, Chaguanas *See here for more info.




2. What's the cost?


Cost depends on your selected Membership: Bronze - 3 months (1 cycle) - $700 TTD total Silver - 6 months (2 cycles) - $1300 TTD total Gold - 9 months (3 cycles) - $1,900 TTD total Black - All access for 1 year (4 cycles) + Boot Camp (5 cycles) - $3,200 TTD total Payment plans are available (conditions apply). If you miss the start of a Cycle, you may purchase a One-Month pass at $350 TT. As you can see, this is the least cost-effective option, so we encourage you to select at least 1 Cycle. It saves you money, and will be of most benefit (guaranteed results) in the long run. You can also drop-in and pay per session - $25 TTD *See here tab for more info.




3. What days and time are the Group Sessions?


Eddie Hart Grounds - Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 5:15 - 6:15 PM Aranguez Savannah - Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 5:15 - 6:15 PM Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain - Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 5:15 - 6:15 PM Lange Park, Chaguanas - Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:00 - 6:00 PM *See here for more info.




4. Do you have classes in Central?


Yes! Beginning February 11, 2019, we have classes at Lange Park, Chaguanas. Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:00 - 6:00 AM




5. Do you have classes in Port of Spain?


Yes! Beginning February 8, 2019, we have classes at the Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 5:15 - 6:15 PM




6. Do you have morning sessions?


Yes. Our San Fernando sessions are now Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:00 - 6:00 AM We also have Online Programs that you can do anytime. * See " My CORE Online" and " 30-Day Challenge" tabs for more info.




7. What does this program entail?


Our CORE System includes: CORE Driven (fitness programs), CORE Nutrition (FREE Nutrition Guide) and CORE Health (health tips) Our Group Sessions include a variety of bodyweight training classes, which incorporate cardio and resistance exercises for fat loss and lean muscle building.* *See here for more info.




8. Does it include a Meal Plan?


Not exactly. You get a free Nutrition GUIDE with tips and info on how to eat more balanced meals, the benefits of different foods, and recipes for meals and smoothies, but it is NOT a meal plan with what to eat daily. If you desire a customised day-by-day Meal Plan, that can be available - at an additional cost. Other Programs:

  • Boot Camp: No
  • 'My CORE' Online Program: same as Group Sessions
  • 30-Day Online Challenge: Yes. You receive a FREE 30-Day Meal Plan to accompany the Challenge

BOOT CAMP

1. Is it $100 TTD per session?


No, it's $100 TTD total per Cycle (all 5 Sundays).




2. I am not fit. Can I join?


Our Boot Camps are high-intensity interval training, so it will be especially challenging for someone who is not currently physically active. However, you're welcomed to join once you are willing to accept the challenge and have no medical conditions or injuries that can be aggravated by intense exercise. We have had persons of all fitness levels successfully participate.

'MY CORE' ONLINE PROGRAM

1. How does the Online Program work?


Our 'My CORE' Online Program is so named because it is customised to you. With this program, we use the information you provide via our Consultation Form, to put together a 3-month system that is customised to you and your goals. Your workouts are sent via email, for you to do on your own time - at home or wherever you can, and we are available for guidance and support.
When you sign up, you will receive full details on the process and how to get started. * See here for more info.

NUTRITION

1. Do you provide Meal Plans?


In our Group Sessions and 'My CORE' Online Program, we do not provide a Meal Plan with the system. We give you a free Nutrition Guide with tips and info on how to eat more balanced meals, the benefits of different foods, and recipes for meals and smoothies, but it is NOT a meal plan with what to eat daily. If you desire a day-by-day customised Meal Plan, that is available - at an additional cost. Our 30-Day Challenges DO include a free 30-Day Meal Plan. See here for more info.




2. Do you sell or recommend supplements?


No. We advocate for getting nutrients and energy from whole foods as opposed to products and supplements etc. (unless you are so advised by a medical practitioner or registered dietitian). It is also (legally) outside of our scope of practice to recommend or sell any supplements or such products.




3. I am a vegan. Do your Nutrition Guides cater to vegans?


Yes. Our Nutrition Guides (part of the Group Sessions and 'My CORE' Online Program) do have vegan and vegetarian versions. Please indicate if you require either version. The Meal Plan in the 30-Day Challenges, however, does include meat, fish, eggs and dairy, but also lists vegan substitutions.





SHOP

1. How can I order an item?


1. Go to the "Shop" tab and select what you would like. 2. Click "View Cart", review your order, and choose your Delivery method. 3. Click "Checkout", fill in the required information and "Review & Place Order". 4. Check your emails for order confirmation and payment details.




2. Do you deliver?


Yes, we deliver along the East-West corridor from Arima to PoS, excluding Morvant.




3. What's the cost of delivery?


Delivery costs $10-$30 TTD depending on Delivery Zone. When you select your item(s) and go to your cart, you will see the option to choose delivery and the associated cost according to your location. Delivery is free on orders that total more than $500 TTD.




4. Do I have to select delivery?


No, you have the option of free in-person pick up at Eddie Hart Grounds, Tacarigua.




5. How do I pay?


A down payment of at least 50% is required to process your order. You can make payment in the following ways: 1. In person at our Group Training Sessions at Eddie Hart Grounds, Tacarigua - Monday, Wednesday or Friday, 5:15 - 6:00 PM 2. Bank Deposit The balance (if any) is paid in person upon delivery or pick up.




6. How long would it take to receive my items?


In-stock items are available for immediate purchase, so once the down payment is made, we will contact you regarding collection, based on the delivery method you selected. Pre-ordered items are available 7-10 days after down payment.
