It’s a new year, and whether we admit it or not, we've all made resolutions.

We may call it a goal, a mindset change - whatever it is - it is a decision to make changes and work toward something you want to achieve.

This year, CORE Wellness TT is changing the way we deliver our programs to better serve you and ensure you reach your health and fitness goals.

In order to give you the best chance of seeing results, we are now running our Group Sessions and ‘My CORE’ Online Program in 3-Month Cycles.


Training for one month seldom gets significant results, especially if you have been out of shape for a long time. Plus, when you’re attending month-to-month, it’s very easy to slip back into making excuses and not keep up with your program. Before you know it, you’re halfway through the year, and nowhere closer to your goals. So, to help you stay committed and reduce your likelihood of regression, you will be required to commit to at least three months (one cycle) of training.

We are also changing the way we deliver the training, so that you get the full benefits of the System. The programs will be more systematic, aiming to improve functional movement, cardiovascular endurance, fat-burning and lean muscle building. So, whether your goal is to lose weight, or just to develop greater fitness, you will get there.

Within these 3 months, you will:

Start getting into the habit of regular exercise and proper nutrition;

Shed fat; and

Sculpt and tone by building lean muscle.

You can select a Membership for as little as 3 months or for the entire year, based on your goals.

It may seem like a lot of money, but our programs are actually some of (if not THE) least expensive training programs available in Trinidad & Tobago.

Plus, here are all the amazing benefits of making the investment:

  • Saves you money - Investing in one of these Memberships up-front actually results in a lower monthly cost of training.

  • Keeps you committed - By purchasing a Cycle Membership, you’re making a commitment - physically, mentally, and now financially - to stick to your efforts to lose weight and be healthy. After all, you’re much less likely to quit after a few weeks if you’ve already invested a significant amount of money!

  • Removes the monthly burden - Instead of having to “find” money each month to pay for your training, you pay at the start of the Cycle, and then you don’t have to worry about that for at least another three months!

If you would still rather pay for one month only, you still have the option to do so, with a One-Month Pass for just $250 TTD!

So how does this Membership work?

Once registered, you will receive a Membership Card which entitles you to train at any of our locations.

For example, let's say you work in Port of Spain but you registered for the Tacarigua sessions because you live nearby. If one day you stay late at work and won't be able to make it to your regular session on time, you can feel free to attend the Port of Spain session. All you have to do is present your Membership Card to the trainer so he/she knows you are a CORE Member.

The Membership also entitles you to Online training as needed.

For example, if you select the Silver (6-months/2-Cycles) Membership, you can split the Cycles into two - 1 Cycle of Group Sessions and 1 Cycle of 'My CORE' Online.

Your first Membership Card is complimentary, and can be renewed as many times as you like. Your trainer will simply update your expiry date accordingly. You may also choose to upgrade your Membership at the start of any new cycle.
